PLANETES Anime Review, Debris collection mayhem- [AnimeToxin]

This is a futuristic slice of life anime that contains a lot of themes that pertain to human nature. Now if that's settled, let's move on to the review.
Set in the 2075 AD, Planetes traces the lives of the two main characters, Ai Tanabe, an innocent young woman who is recently arrivedin space, and Hachimaki (Hachirota Hoshino), a young, churlish, but experienced EVA worker. (Anime, Planetes) 8.8/10

I could never imagine any Anime being as enticing as this one when I first heard about it being focused on a crew of Debris collectors in outer says.
I was pleasantly surprised with the Ending as well.

Can someone recommend me a similar anime to Planetes?

I looked it up and i dont see how its by the same author. I will probably try both of them. Lately i watched so much space animes im burned out with them. I will try out Mugen No Ryvius though.

It's not the same writer. Makoto Yukimura penned Planetes, Yƍsuke Kuroda penned Infinite Ryvius. Ryvius is more like Lord of the Flies in space.
