KAMPFER Anime Review, implausible Gender bender concept with fights- [AnimeToxin]

Waking up transformed into a beautiful girl might be the stuff of some guys' fantasies, but when he suddenly gets transformed into a girl, Natsuru is informed by a stuffed tiger that he's now a Kampfer, a mystical fighter who has to fight other Kampfers in female form, his life becomes a living nightmare. (Anime, Kampfer) 7/10

I like Tenjou Tenge better than Kampfer. At least it has a decent plot buried beneath the Fanservice.

I genuinely enjoyed the series as a whole, though I wish they made a second season as the whole ending bit was pretty much tossed in there. Probably the first gender bender fan service series I've ever seen.

I dropped it after 3 episodes.
Do you think it gets better plot wise later n should I reconsider watching it again???

I agree.
The fight scenes in tenjou tenge are epic despite the awkward fanservice.

It is alright, though the storyline doesn't really get going until the last few episodes as it falls into that hole where they spend the first half of a 12/13 series trying to introduce each character. Plus the intestine animals or whatever they were called got to be a bit strange.
