The digital comics platform Comixology announced on Friday that it licensed the entire catalog of manga pioneer Shotaro Ishinomori from Ishimori Productions. The catalog is launching with the following, with more to come:
Cyborg 009 Volume 1-2
Kikaider Volume 1-2
Skull Man
Comixology will also release Archaia's American graphic novel adaptation from writers F.J. DeSanto and Bradley Cramp and illustrator Marcus To. That adaptation will appear early next year.
Comixology is available on iPhone, iPad, Android, Kindle Fire, Windows 8, standard web browsers, and other venues.
