Exporting manga expertise helps find new, fertile ground

The Daily Yomiuri's Aiko Komai writes, "As manga becomes more popular abroad, Japan--the original manga superpower--has begun exporting its 'manga culture' to the world.

In Asia, Japanese publishers are involved in fostering local anime inspired by Japanese manga and locally published comic magazines." (Industry, Manga)
