Japan gets all the cool Pokémon themed 3DS XLs. Japan got a Pikachu themed one earlier this year, and now it's getting a one featuring Charizard. It's slightly less cute than the "Pikachu reaching out for a hug" 3DS XL, and it has some flame action happening on the back.
