"Tenchi Muyo GXP" Replaces "Casshern Sins" on Toonami

The end of Adult Swim's run of Casshern Sins invited plenty of speculation about what, if any, anime might be replacing the dystopian sci-fi. FUNimation then cleared up the suspense with news that the Cartoon Network programming block will air sci-fi comedy spin-off Tenchi Muyo GXP. (Anime, Casshern Sins, Tenchi Muyo GXP, Toonami)

Hm I would have been happier with either the Tenchi Muyo OVAs or Tenchi Universe but this one is nice as I've never actually seen it before.

I liked Tenchi as a kid, but I never actually saw this one, but I guess this could make Toonami more Toonami like with a Tenchi show on the schedule.

This is really a meh show and it's a shame they couldn't replace Casshern with a show equal in quality or close.
