I Enjoyed this filler more than the last 30 eps!! .. just look at the fucking animation!! ..why aren't these guys working on the war arc?! these last 3 eps were just amazing imo.
I agree. For some reason fillers these days get better animation. I noticed that with the Bleach filler arc that had the fake Captains. Much better animation than made the fight against Aizen look crap in comparison.
I'm guessing for the main story the animators are on a bit of a deadline whilst people who work on fillers have more time to create polished animation.
It's Naruto, fans should be used to them pulling this kind of crap on us. At least these fillers are watchable, leaps and bounds ahead of the rubbish they were giving us before the war.
the funny thing about bleach, that the last filler had the best fights in the series! and almost all of the episode were high quality stuff ..
people really should relax a little .. there are actually good fillers out there now including the latest Naruto power arc which actually have brought me back into the series ..
The fillers are there to allow the story to keep going though they take the piss sometimes when they release fillers and the anime isn't anywhere near the manga.
I'm hoping they animate the final Bleach arc once the manga is finished so we can have really great animated fights.
I really wish for the fillers they would focus on the other characters instead of Naruto. It really killed the (? year) gap of training between Naruto and Shippuden when the fillers where airing.
I know its called Naruto and he's the main character but with so many other interesting characters it would be nice to give them the spotlight during fillers.
Especially when the stories of the fillers are so predictable. Ninja boy/girl is an outsider or doesn't believe. Naruto teaches them the power of friendship or what it means to have a home. Naruto then Kamehameha's the bad guy!
You Naruto fans think you've got it hard? Us Pokémon fans had to deal with a whole year of filler episodes between the 7th and 8th Gyms of the Diamond & Pearl arc. A few scattered filler episodes here and there, even if they are following a basic formula, is nothing like the suffering we had to put up with. ;p
Pokemon is littered with fillers. I'm sure that if OLM condensed Pokemon to only include the relevant episodes they could make the 100+ long shows into 26-51 epsiodes.

The 2 years of Naruto fillers were horrendous, but unlike Pokemon it actually needs fillers.
Once a new Pokemon game is released the anime has all the material it needs to work with. Pierrot has to wait for Kishi to write new stuff, so unless you want a repetition of 2005-2007 then this is actually better.
Personally, I would like to see all these studios that resort to fillers either wait for the source material to end before making an anime or take breaks between seasons.

its just my opinion .. but Naruto can be shitty even without fillers.
AT LEAST they could have finished it before the new year so then they could start off 2013 with the good stuff! *face palm*
