Unpredictability of a Nation

"If there's one thing people in power crave, it is control. They want the belief and reassurance that things can be done the way they want, at any given time. However, life is unpredictable and what goes around usually goes around. Gintama's recently-aired “Ikkoku Keisei” (Courtesan of a Nation) arc highlights how a environment built on control can fall down hard to a moment of unforeseeable chance.
