Dusk Maiden of Amnesia Review [Capsule Computers]

Travis Bruno of Capsule Computers writes:

"Ghost stories are often told to frighten young children or even terrify adults and the entertainment industry has taken advantage of human nature’s fear of the unknown to create multiple horror stories about demons, psychos and ghosts. However what happens when a ghost story isn’t meant to terrify but meant to be something else entirely? I have to admit that this was surprising back when it aired in 2011. I was watching both this and Sankarea and I eventually dropped Sankarea because it paled in comparison to how great this show was.

I remember dropping this at episode 4, as neither this or Sankarea really interested me. Might finish it one day.

Only reason i didnt drop Sankarea because of Rinko i think that was her name. This show was good though loved the OST.

Yeah the OST was great, especially the ending theme. You mean Ranko, or Wanko as she is called by the main guy (which I find pretty hilarious). What about her made you not want to drop it?

Yean Ranko thats her name. Sankarea well everybody was pretty weird. That sick daddy and the main guy with all that stalker recording. It really got on my nerves.

deep_fried_bum_cake1239d ago

Even she was weird in that she was in love with her cousin.
