The thing I liked the most about Leo the demi-human is how clearly they made Toru and Akari into his reflection, and in our worlds, kids raised up to be soldiers.

Akari and Toru had been raised to kill and fight, not to be "humans".

A world where everyone's "wrong", morally, and everyone just tries to make it to the next day.
