This season is full of shows that have high promise, but may yet turn out to be meh. Mystery drama thrillers often rise to prominence (Death Note, Monster, Steins;Gate, and more), but who knows. This season is very much "on the fence," with less shows than usual that I find any interest in. There are considerably less comedy and romance shows than I'm used to, but the ecchi quota seems higher. Action is, as always, the name of the game.

The shows I'm referring to as being highly promising are A Corpse is Buried under Sakurako-san's feet, Perfect Insider, and the highly intriguing Concrete Revolutio, also being scripted by the person who did both shows of Gatchaman Crowds.

What are you people interested in, and what's your general take of the season as it's shaping up?

One Punch Man, Haikyou season 2, and Noragami season 2 are the shows that I'm most interested in at the moment. Will have to wait and see what other shows look interesting later.

Not following the sequels does indeed mean this season has very few sure bets for me, eh? I might have picked up Haikyu, maybe in the future, too much backlog on my plate.

I don't see much to pick up yet.

Probably just watch Noragami Aragoto and Haikyuu!! S2.

One Punch Man is the show to watch this fall.
There's a lot of sequels too so try to catch up on the shows if you want to watch them

The perfect insider from the writers of elfen lied nice... Also looking forward to concrete revolution

People are definitely split on Elfen Lied, and then there's the whole source material versus adaptation considerations there too.
