Got the demo off PSN, thought it was crazy-fun, and a lot of people recommended the anime to me. I gave it a try... seemed pretty shallow and uninteresting to me. I think it might appeal to a much younger audience (thinking 5-8 or so) but it just seems to mediocre no matter how I look at it. As a fighting anime, as a historical anime, as an action anime... it just falls short.
The game is really fun, though. And cheap. Gotta love that low starting MSRP.
