Anyways, I agree the series was lightyears better than the movie imo. It's hard to capture the full feeling of a 52-episode series (or 100+ VN) into a 90 minute film. #1.1.1
Agreed, I love my Atelier Rorona and Ar Tonelico Qoga premium boxes, but they're impossible to store inside of my bookshelves and are instead regulated into a box in my closet.
In regards to dubs and subs, I agree that it WOULD be nice to see dubs. While I prefer original language tracks, it'd be something nice to have for the people who prefer it. #2.1
As much as I liked Summer Wars, Toy Story 3 will always be better. Now that said, I do think it deserved an oscar nod.
They would say that the problem is that they decided to only nominate three films again since they didn't get enough "submissions." BS. They could have easily nominated this and Disney's Tangled. Another absence that I'm miffed about.
Unfortunately, I think that anime is still generally underappreciated by the Academy i... #1.1
Yah, but think about this. Square Enix likes money. Microsoft has money. Ergo, I think it'll show up on the 360 whether we like it or not. Personally, I hope it won't. #2
Hey, just because you don't like Naruto doesn't mean that you have to bash it. I don't care much for it either but that doesn't mean it's garbage. Just not my cup of tea. Anyhow, I'll agree with Clannad and Elfen Lied.....those two animes were Pretty epic. #2
