This is quite possibly one of the best Sequels in the history of Anime.

Well, the series itself isn't really a sequel to anything. It's more or less a re-creation of the first series that ended up sticking true to the source material and ran much longer than the original.

Yup. you r right dude. its like a prequel.

I'm not sure whether that's meant to be a joke or if you're just not that smart.

OT: Brotherhood for me would be a solid 10/10 if I didn't feel that the first 10 or so episodes were rushed on the assumption that people had watched the original series.

I thought that it removed some of the good initial character development that the original had. Still a solid 9/10 though.

Thnx for the rec. mate.. Will check em out. How bout Kenichi? is it any good?

Kenichi the mighty disciple? Well it is alright but the anime pretty much ended way early and the manga has since then went far above expectations.

If you want comedy and not seriously you could try Soul Eater and Blue Exorcist. If you want more story focused its a lot of animes. I have to know what you like for me to suggest some. I probably saw over 500 anime series. LOL

I haven't watched it, but D.Gray-man is something that's been brought up a lot when talking about FMA.
