In another bizarre news story straight out of Japan, Ogikubo Police arrested a 15-year old first-year male high school student from Toyama City on Wednesday on the suspicion of forcible obstruction of business. According to the police, the suspect allegedly posted threatening remarks on Twitter directed at fans of the Love Live! anime.
