The North American anime distributor Viz Media has confirmed with ANN that it will be streaming the Cross Game baseball anime on its VizAnime.com website later this month. Viz had revealed its plans via an ad at the bottom of the Shojo Beat email newsletter that announced the streams of another anime, Vampire Knight, on Friday. Viz will announce more details about the streaming of Cross Game later this week.
Cross Game is one of my favorite recent shows. I'm glad they're getting it out to the masses so quick. I can't wait to be able to discuss it with more people.
Hmm I've never once before seen an anime series that was centered around a sport. Being that this one is abou baseball I'm definitely not sure. Though I guess I could give it the 'ol college try and watch it sometime I mean Viz is kind enough to stream it.
