Oh yeah, Europe totally has the rest of the world beat for their awesome Persona 3 Portable collector's edition.
Saw this a week or two ago, it really is a nice set. I like my Junpei hat but this was a much better bonus.
But the US got it early. Fair trade off i say.

I'd rather get a title late and with goodies than early. The artbook...me waaaaant *makes useless grabby gestures at screen*
