If there's anything that anime fans love to do, it's to argue about anime.
Merely proving the point, Japanese website biglobe recently published a top 50 list of the most overrated anime series of all time. The results were culled from a poll of 33,000 votes. While beloved titles like "Neon Genesis Evangelion," "Bleach" and "Naruto" made the list, as expected, they did not rank in the top 10.
1. Gintama
2. Melchony of Haruhi Suziyama (although not watched it)
3. Digimon
4. Dragon Ball Z (be honest, its ok but so many think its the best when it clearly isnt)
5. Naruto (not as good as one piece)
Evangelion is also an over rated anime. i forgot about that. People kept talking about it, but it was just average/good. but not as good as many make it out to be
Well if you want to argue about Naruto, Bleach and One Piece, the one thing you can say is that One Piece fillers are much better then the others. Naruto and Bleach fillers make you wonder 'Why don't they just shut the hell up and get back to the story?'. One Piece fillers are almost always as good as the main story themselves. My favorite story was the one when everyone but Robin lost their memories
I think One Piece is highly overrated.Nothing that interests me about it despite all the hype the show gets.
@ Megaman_nerd. I agree with you. Luffy and friends took much longer to develop to the point they are. So many people start off practically zeros and SUDDENLY in a short space of time surpass everyone in the world at a young age or even before they even trained properly.Ichigo is more powerful then just about everyone in the spirit world already, Naruto has the fox which practically makes him invisible.
Luffy is still not even as powerful as the admirals or the Emperors despite his Haki and One Piece is over five hundred episodes.I always argue that with Naruto fans. Anytime Naruto looks like he is going down he can just call on the fox. And Ichigo can just call on his zanpakuto.Luff has nothing but his own skills to call on in a bad situation
@ TheColbertinator which proves you haven't actually watched the show but instead sat there complaining about the hype.
