It shouldn't always be at the top, but going by the last few weeks, it certainly does deserve to be there right now. The chapters have actually been better than one piece, though this weeks one piece was better.

TBH they both been average the past couple weeks. Reborn and Toriko been the best in Shounen Jump the past like 3 weeks.

The only reason its at the top is quite simple... the guy in your avatar & the bromance. Everyone that I know who likes the manga likes it for the same reason : the emotional sinkhole that is Sauske. I'm not quite sure why either, he is quite boring.

Yeah you can tell he's dragging it. I bet in the next few chapters we get another flashback. We dont need a flashback of every single character in Naruto.

I've only read the first few chapters and that was ages ago, but what read was good. And considering that it's highly rated, I'm guessing the quality didn't get worse from there. You should probably check it out.

It's soccer but yeah Giant Killing is good. Keep in mind im not even a fan of soccer but the show is good. I suggest trying the anime.
