Highschool of the Dead Anime Review, a healthy mix of zombies, guns and fanservice- [AnimeToxin]

A mysterious, lethal disease is on the loose worldwide, resulting in a catastrophic death rate of humanity, and the increasing rise of attacks, caused by the living dead.

Madhouse have really given justice to HOTD in terms of great artwork and awesome action sequences.
Though the Fanservice is too frequent and over the top to my liking.

Why does it surprise you? Guns and tits make even the most terrible of anime popular. Not saying that HotD is bad though as I never watched past the first episode.

I liked the anime, but it would be much better with proper proportions and far less fanservice.

But the story and characters were well written, I will watch season 2. But still dread the fanservice.

While I'm a big fan of fanservice, I thought that Highschool of the Dead had a little too much even for me. May have also been the fact that literally every character had gigantic you know whats. Besides that the show was excellent and I wish they would make a second one, though the source material has been on hiatus for over a year at this point so that seems unlikely.

Hot Damn! or Highschool of the Damn. I've never really paid much attention to it before.

This anime has a lot of fan service. Lol. Seriously if they made it more natural this anime would easily be a 9/10 for me, the situation and the story seem realistic to me, almost walking dead quality. The anime should be more about the characters than the zombies.
