Fairy Tail author sketches reveal the female form of Natsu and Gray
Fairy Tail's author Hiro Mashima took to his official Twitter page to release a few sketches of the Fairy Tail main cast in their sex-changed forms, including one species swap.

Would definitely be a small problem if Gray was a female character forever, what with his habit of taking off his clothes and all. Shame that there was no sketch made of a male Erza though...
Lucy certainly makes a bishounen style boy on the other hand. Natsu looks about what one would expect. Canine Happy just doesn't look right in my opinion.
Haha being the lover of fan service that I am, there certainly wouldn't be an issue for me in the slightest, though may have to adjust Fairy Tail's time slot if so.
