“Date A Live” has unearthed its first PV – looking like a thrilling action series with generic harem elements heavily embedded within, or perhaps, a conventional harem merely attempting to be a series of action.

Having seen the wonderful character designs a while back, one naturally wished for this series’ success – this preview clip however, found below, doesn’t appear nearly as promising. Noticeable upon the opening seconds of the video, the visuals on a comprehensive scale aren’t particularly detailed or refined – they’re rather vanilla when it comes to the background elements, and this is a concern as the series clearly shows itself to be heavily dependent on the setting for some moments of major catastrophe.
