According to the tweet of Aoyama Sagu, an OVA of Ro-Kyu-Bu! was announced to be bundled with the new game on PlayStation Portable. It will be released in the Spring of 2013.

Hm, wonder if this had anything to do with the fact that they called back the license from Western companies. Doubtful but I wish they'd clarify that anyways.
