Male and Female Fans Name The Same Gender Anime Character They Find Most Annoying

Now here are a pair of polls that elicited some interesting results. Biglobe's Anime Rankings asked female fans which female character aggravates them most and male fans which male character annoys them most. Some heinous villains made the list. So did some weak and/or irritating protagonist. So did a number of characters generally regarded as fan favorites. (Anime, BIGLOBE)

Homura Akemi has to be one of the coolest female characters ever! I mean, how come Index and Sakura Haruno aren't in the top 10? Now those are easily the most annoying of the bunch... And Saber annoying? Am I in the twilight zone? She hardly even talks and always follows the orders of her master!

But the funny thing is that I don't find any of the male characters to be annoying. In fact, I idolize Makoto, I wish I had his luck with girls. XD

Perhaps Saber's docile behavior is what drives women to hate her. Maybe individuality rolled on into Japan and all the women hate to do what they are told.

I know Westerners think that way, at least. As far as I know, Eastern cultures are very collective.

Man number 1 should be Sakura Sakurakouji. She is the most annoying character in anime in a long time.

Sakura from Naruto is way too low down and Homura from Madoka Magica shouldn't even be on this.

Plus, who could find Brook annoying. The guy's non stop fun.

Yeah Brook is not even annoying he is funny. After watching Code Breaker i just cant stand Sakurakouji.

I read spoilers and it looks like she doesnt change. So from now on when she opens her mouth in the episode im going to fast foward it. LOL
