Well i usually like crazy girls so I would pick Yuuko Ichihara, Ryoko, Saeko Busujima, and Koko at the top of my head. In some harem/ecchi shows i could pick a lot.

If i think of more i might post it.

it's hard to say because when I watch anime I don't think about that, that's why I don't enjoy all these (highly suggestive) moe garbage that has taken over the industry. But when I was a kid back in the 90's I had an unhealthy obsession with Aki Kisaragi from Tekkaman Blade. But then a cousin of mine lent me some VHS of Tekkaman Blade II and that god-awful sequel totally ruined the image I had of her in my mind. XD
