This episode was mixed for me. On one note, I like the telling of Hachiya's background even if it was for one episode but the sliding in of the main plot was handled poorly. Last week I wanted to know more about Hachiya and this week, I got just that so I'm satisfied in a sense. Hachiya turns out to be a man who is a victim of the bigotry he helped propagate. Once a persecutor who helped put away wizards while using prejudice to do so awakened as a wizard and thus found himself suffering the same discrimination.
