Log Horizon Episode 20 - Impressions and Notes

Another entry in my note-taking and thought-jotting series of posts on currently running shows. This episode had been about the mysteries of the world, about how Shiroe can truly be foreboding, but also a continuation of the exploration of Crusty's madness and Lenessia's sorrow for the adventurers.

As always, the notes were taken while actually watching the episode, and rather than just repeating what you've already watched, elaborate upon it, assuming you've already watched the episode.

So, the players can change the rules of the world, but in essence, that's what /magicians/ do in most of the fantasy worlds you can find them in. We say "Rules-Lawyers", authors just say "Magicians", and Shiroe is a perfect combination of both :P

Honestly though? I'm not sure what the next conflict will be, the only two issues I see "open" currently are Lenessia's thoughts on the adventurers and the missing leader of the Debauchery Tea Party, hm.
