Viz Media has today announced new manga acquisitions for their upcoming Spring and Summer 2011 release schedule, which includes a little something for everyone.
One of the big announcements was the plan to release Tenjho Tenge, which was originally launched by DC Comics’ CMX Manga line but was eventually stopped at volume 18. Viz Plans to release the series in 2-in-1 volumes in a bi-monthly schedule. Also announced were the supernatural adventures Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan and Blue Exorcist, the slice-of-life manga, La Quinta Camera and an art book for the Vampire Knight series.
Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan volume 1 and Blue Exorcist volume 1 will retail for $9.99, Tenjho Tenge will be $17.99, La Quinta Camera will run $12.99 and the Art of Vampire Knight art book will cost $24.99. It is also worth noting that Tenjho Tenge will release in as an unedited version and is rated Mature.
