Big Mom has many children of different races and ethnicities, and as a result, these children have surprising hidden abilities. Charlotte Pudding is one of the children who can lead Big Mom to greatness. But why is this? Follow this guide to learn if Pudding can read the Poneglyphs in One Piece.
One Piece – Can Pudding read the Poneglyphs?
Charlotte Pudding is Big Moms’ 35th daughter and 76th child within the Charlotte Family. She is also an officer of the Big Mom Pirates and a hybrid between a Human and a member of the Three-Eye Tribe. This tribe is composed of three-eye humans and has the potential to archive a true awakening with their third eye.
It is said that this awakening will come with the ability to hear the Voice of All Things. As a result, members of the three-eyes tribe have the potential to decipher and read the Poneglyph. However, while Pudding is a member of this tribe, she is still a hybrid. As a result, Pudding has not awakened the ability to read the Poneglyphs, and it is thus unknown if she will, as she is the only known hybrid of the three-eye tribe.
Though Big Mom holds her in high regard as she will have the ability to lead her and Kaido to the One Piece. However, as many anime enthusiasts know, Blackbeard cannot read the Poneglyph. So, during the Egghead Arc, Blackbeard kidnaps Pudding and is held prisoner on his ship. Of course, at the moment, she cannot use her powers. However, after the events at Whole Cake Island, she may awaken her powers thanks to Sanji.
