Just from glancing at this, there is probably zero chance this is getting released in the USA. Namco Bandai is usually good at bringing full blown console titles, but a chibi version on the 3DS is far from an optimal market.
I think a lot of parents would get this for their kids because of the chibi style and its for the 3DS which has cheaper games! My cousins who are like 12 only have a 3DS, there parents wont buy them the big consoles because they are expensive.
