Namco Bandai Partners today announced that a special edition of PlaySation 3 exclusive One Piece: Pirate Warriors is now available for download via PSN.
Dubbed One Piece: Pirate Warriors – Grand Line Edition, fans of the insanely popular One Piece manga/anime series who download this special, online only, edition will gain access to ten bonus in-game characters, each featuring special costumes and an additional in-game scenario.

Poorly written article. It's just the game bundled with the DLC. There are no "bonus in-game characters." It's just a few alternate costumes and a few extra scenarios. Five of each, I think.
