“K-ON!” Moeblob Marketing Scheme

A high-profile confectionery company of the homeland, Glico, has begun marketing with moeblob in an effort to drive sales – a smart investment considering the variables of location, light music club, and moe.

Strategically organized around Akihabara Station, each of K-ON’s globs of moe receive a panel of their own – grasping the attention of any passing otaku who may take a particular liking in Azunyan or “moe moe kyun”. Yet the holiday season is here, and Glico did not pass over that opportunity either – they’ve assembled the girls and dressed them in cute Santa ensemble, a display not for those faint of heart.
