Anime Expo took place at the Los Angeles Convention Center during the holiday weekend, July 1-4. In addition to screenings, concerts and exhibitions, there was plenty of cosplay going on at the anime and manga event. All photographs by Stefano Paltera for the Los Angeles Times.
