Eric Khoo's Tatsumi movie won the best film award at this year's Dubai International Film Festival. Tatsumi is an animated film adaptation of Yoshihiro Tatsumi's autobiographical manga A Drifting Life. Additionally, the film took the best composer prize in Dubai, and won best film in the Muhr AsiaAfrica competition.
Yoshihiro Tatsumi is the author of several works that include Abandon the Old in Tokyo, The Push Man and Other Stories, and Good-Bye.
