Since we were first introduced to Denji and Power, the two have always had a strange relationship. This may be due to Power being a Fiend and Denji a Hybrid. The possibility that Power has a crush on Denji in Chainsaw Man is probably due to all of their interactions. Especially their interactions in Chapter 71, called “Bath.” Due to Chainsaw Man being a Shounen anime and manga, it won’t be surprising that Denji will have a few love interests.

In Chapter 71, we see Denji and Power get up to many… intimate situations. We learn that Power fears the Darkness Devil during the International Assassins and Gun Devil arc. She’s so afraid that she sleeps in Denji’s bed, asks him to shower with her, and checks in her mouth if the Devil is there.
However, we also see that Denji cares a lot for Power and her well-being, so much so that he declines a trip with Makima. During the bedroom scene, Power acknowledges that Denji gave up his tip with Makima. She offers to let him drink her blood to make up for it.
During this scene, Denji notes the difference between the intimate acts he feels with Power and Makima. So, it’s safe to say that, while Denji and Power have a strange relationship, Power does not have a crush on Denji in Chainsaw Man. (Does she even know what that means?)
